Talc is a natural mineral that is found in the earth. It is also known as Soapstone or Steatite. Talc is mainly composed of magnesium, silicon, and oxygen. It is the softest mineral on the Mohs hardness scale.
When talc stone is mined and processed into a fine form, it is called Talc Powder. Talc powder is white in color, smooth in texture, and chemically stable. Because of these properties, it is widely used in many industries.
At SANDS Minerals, Talc is mined from our quarries in Uttarakhand and processed under strict quality control to ensure high purity and consistent quality.
